Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as received.
    • In its Original Packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the Original Payment Method within 20 Business Days.

Exchanges

  • If you received a Defective or Damaged Item, we’ll gladly exchange it for a new one.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for Return Shipping Costs, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
  • We recommend using a Trackable Shipping Service to ensure your return is received.

In-Store Returns

If you made a purchase at one of our Physical Store Locations, please return the item to the same location along with the Original Receipt.

Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us As Soon as Possible.
  • Once an order has been Shipped, it cannot be canceled.
